As a relational therapist, I hold space at the intersection of healing and liberation. I support you in cultivating awareness, critical reflection, and intentional action toward freedom; freedom from survival scripts that no longer serve and freedom from the narratives that limit your ability to live fully and authentically.
I bring a trauma-informed, collaborative, and culturally-responsive approach to therapy; one that invites you to reimagine how you relate to yourself, to others, and to the communities to which you belong. My work is rooted in care, commitment, trust, knowledge, and mutual responsibility. I integrate evidence-based modalities such as narrative therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), psychodynamic therapy, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to help you rewrite your stories, reparent your inner self, and reconnect with your inherent resilience and creativity. My role is to provide support and guidance as you reclaim your voice, your agency, and your inherent worth.
Healing is not only about confronting pain, but about cultivating joy, rest, connection, and embodied pleasure. In our work together, we will explore what it means for you to feel good in your body, in your relationships, and in your life, as an essential part of your healing journey.
My work as a sex therapist centers pleasure, sensuality, and embodiment as portals to healing and liberation. I help lovers, individually and in partnership(s), explore the intersections of intimacy, identity, power, and desire and in that process to rewrite the stories that have shaped their relationships to sex and self. In our work together, we might examine how trauma, shame, or social conditioning have influenced your sexual expression, and begin the sacred work of reconnecting to your body as a site of wisdom, joy, and possibility. I believe that emotional, physical, and spiritual pleasure is not indulgent; it is essential.
It is how we come home to ourselves.
My approach honors the sacred balance between personal introspection and social transformation, between the deep inner work of healing and the outer work of creating joyful and liberated lives.
