Short Biography
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) adept at working with individuals, couples, families, teens, and young adults. I specialize in supporting clients with complex life experiences who come from diverse cultural backgrounds and identities.
I also run the Black Men’s Healing Group.
My eclectic, depth-focused approach to psychotherapy uncovers the patterns and truths that hold you back. We’ll work together to clear those barriers out of your way and move you toward the freedom you deserve. I focus on truly seeing, hearing, and understanding you in order to help you gain greater understanding, acceptance, and ultimately love for yourself. From here, you can begin to truly be all you are meant to be.
