Short Biography
Hi, I’m Reagan and I’m so glad you’re here. I’m here to help you explore identity, find your voice, and build the relationships and life you truly want.
My approach is warm, conversational, and rooted in authenticity. I believe you already carry so much strength, insight, and resilience, even if it doesn’t always feel that way. In our sessions you can expect a genuine partnership where you feel seen, heard, and valued through an intersectional, trauma-informed lens.
I believe in the power of ecotherapy and the ways nature-based experiences can be grounding and help build a sense of resilience. As a yoga-fitness instructor, I’ve witnessed how movement, breathwork, and mindful connection to the body create openings for emotional healing. These experiences continue to reinforce my belief that healing is not only cognitive, but also deeply somatic, relational, and rooted in our connection to the natural world.
I also run the Navigating Life Transitions therapy group for women.
