Licensed Psychologist | Manager of Operations | Clinical Supervisor

I am a Clinical Psychologist who works with individuals, romantic relationships, friendships, and adult families from various personal and cultural backgrounds. I specialize in bringing the psyche and body together to unlock emotion, heal deeply-set trauma, and build a more whole self.

I tend to work especially well with those for whom past attempts at therapy have felt ineffective or stagnant in the past. My approach is dynamic, engaged, and relational.  I work with your unconscious side from a depth perspective and offer hands-on somatic intervention to help you break through longstanding emotional armor and recover the regulating power of your nervous system.  Working with me, you can expect directness and collaboration. We talk about you, your life, and your dreams, as well as our relationship and your physical and emotional experience.  It can be insightful, but also intense.  We assume there are things about yourself that you do not yet (or cannot yet) know, and I want to help you encounter and adapt to these unknown inner workings.

Research shows that the relationship you have with your therapist is the most important key to successful outcomes. I encourage you to schedule a complimentary consultation to explore if I’m the best fit for you by calling me at (747) 221-6354 or scheduling some time to speak using my online booking system.
