Associate Marriage & Family Therapist
I'm Matthew, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist for individuals, couples, and polycules, helping you to elevate your relationship with yourself and the people you love. I also run the Looking? (For Connection) group. I work at the crossroads of emotion, intimacy, and self, whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by life, wanting a better connection with your partner(s), or have a pesky intuition that you’re missing something or not quite thriving as your true self.
I specialize in active, investigative, and structural therapies to help find root causes, connect surprising dots, and make space for your deepest parts to be witnessed and unburdened. I was a transformational corporate leader for a decade before changing my life and relationships using the same tools I share with my clients. I blend evidence-based techniques (predominantly Internal Family Systems) and customize a plan with you that balances safety, trust, and transparency with hard truths and surmountable challenges. We’re not just going to talk about your week, we’re here to help you make real change.
Research shows that the relationship you have with your therapist is the most important key to successful outcomes. I encourage you to schedule a complimentary consultation to explore if I’m the best fit for you by calling me at (310) 987-7924 or scheduling some time to speak using my online booking system.
