Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is adept at working with individuals, couples, adult families, and teens and young adults with complex and complicated life experiences and who have diverse identities and come from a wide range of cultural backgrounds. I also run the Black Men’s Healing Group.
My eclectic, depth-focused approach to psychotherapy uncovers the patterns and truths that hold you back. We’ll work together to clear those barriers out of your way and move you toward the freedom you deserve. I focus on truly seeing, hearing, and understanding you in order to help you gain greater understanding, acceptance, and ultimately love for yourself. From here, you can begin to truly be all you are meant to be.
Research shows that the relationship you have with your therapist is the most important key to successful outcomes. I encourage you to schedule a complimentary consultation to explore if I’m the best fit for you by calling me at (213) 973-8464 or scheduling some time to speak using my online booking system.
