Associate Marriage & Family Therapist

I’m Hannah, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, supporting individuals, families, and couples. I work with those who are feeling stuck and disconnected, and ready to heal past trauma or attachment injuries to become more present and fully embodied in their day-to-day lives.

Trauma is your body and mind living in fear, anger, or feelings of brokenness. You may be experiencing shame, shutdown, fits of rage, or hopelessness that is depriving you of connection to yourself and the world around you. As a trauma therapist, my goal is to help you uncover the limiting beliefs and patterns that stem from traumatizing memories, help you to release and heal the hold they have on you, and empower you to begin living a life on your own terms. To achieve this, I use a trauma-focused approach that is rooted in Internal Family Systems along with somatic interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Havening Techniques. You can feel validated in your experiences without feeling bound to the pain and messages they have left you with. Let’s work to let go of the messaging that is no longer serving you, and engage in an existence that is vibrant, hopeful, and authentically you.

Decades of research shows that the relationship you have with your therapist is the most important key to successful outcomes. I encourage you to schedule a complimentary consultation to explore if I’m the best fit for you by calling me at (310) 818-3621 or scheduling some time to speak using my online booking system.
