I am a California Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Washington Licensed Mental Health Counselor who provides psychotherapy for adult individuals, couples/relationships, and groups, specializing in transgender and all LGBTQIA+, ecotherapy, psychedelic harm reduction and integrative therapy, and ex-cult.

I love working with adults from diverse backgrounds who are wanting to make a change in their lives, communities, and our world, including: LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, neurodivergent, DID/multiplicity, former religion or cult, kink, spiritual, creatives, leaders, medical and mental health providers. I offer a patient-centered, trauma-informed, and anti-racist approach to therapy, and use holistic, relational, and existential-humanistic (Gestalt) modalities. I believe there is opportunity for healing within the suffering we experience. Psychotherapy can be a way to turn directly toward what is happening for you and engage with how it impacts you. Using awareness in the present moment to help you understand and release the pains of the past, fears of the future, and limiting old beliefs. Together, we can support you to discover, reconnect to, use, and understanding your own identities, skills and strengths. My identities include being a white-bodied settler of Eastern-European Ashkenazi Jewish descent, and a queer non-binary person (they/them), who was raised in Los Angeles (Tongva Territory). Brought up in religion and involved in a cult as an adult, I now follow no specific religious or spiritual group. I am diversity-inclusive and am absolutely biased towards believing in change, growth, and healing.
